1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 747liv ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 747liv website and all associated gaming and betting services.

By completing the registration process and clicking to confirm your account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players registered on 747liv regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 747liv, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using 747liv services.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal recreational use only – not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 747liv employee where such access would create a conflict of interest.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

747liv reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 747liv at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances associated with duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid Philippine mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your number for verification. Keeping your contact information up to date is your responsibility.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a clear image of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID. 747liv reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.

• Your account credentials – username and password – must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• 747liv staff will never ask for your full password or OTP over any communication channel.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately through your account dashboard.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 747liv – deposits, wagers, and withdrawals – are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied and no other currency is accepted as a transaction currency on the platform.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine bank transfer, local online and mobile banking, GCash, and Maya. The availability of specific channels may vary. Check your account cashier for currently active options.

• Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method for gaming transactions on 747liv.
• Cryptocurrency is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method for gaming transactions on 747liv.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. Processing times depend on the payment channel used.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for deposits wherever possible. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment channel and are displayed in your account cashier.
• 747liv does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on 747liv, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player unless an explicit in-game feature (such as a cash-out option) allows for it. You are responsible for ensuring all bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirming.

For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant governing body of each sport determines settlement outcomes. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or any ambiguity in the official result, 747liv's betting rules for that specific sport or market will govern how the bet is settled.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independent of any previous result or external influence.
• Live dealer game outcomes are governed by the live studio provider's rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
• Winnings from all games are credited to your account balance in PHP automatically upon settlement.
• Any technical error, disconnection, or platform outage during an active bet will be handled in accordance with 747liv's technical incident policy. Bets voided due to genuine technical failures will be refunded.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently determined to have been offered in error (incorrect odds, unavailable market) may be voided at 747liv's discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

747liv may offer bonuses, promotions, and member rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time it is offered. General bonus terms apply unless overridden by promotion-specific conditions.

• Bonus eligibility, wagering requirements, applicable games, and expiry timelines are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• 747liv does not guarantee that any bonus offer will be available to all members at all times. Offers may be targeted, time-limited, or subject to account status.
• Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or wagering patterns clearly designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play normally – will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• 747liv reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if operational circumstances require it.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on 747liv. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and recovery of any affected funds.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

747liv reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged account inactivity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion and deposit limits are available upon request and are processed promptly.

• Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 747liv may retain any balance pending investigation of potential prohibited conduct.
• For voluntary closures with no outstanding issues, your remaining PHP balance will be processed for withdrawal through your registered payment channel.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. If you choose self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure, this decision will be respected.

9 Limitation of Liability

747liv provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 747liv's liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant event occurs. 747liv is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of the platform.

All gaming at 747liv involves financial risk. 747liv will never guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from any game, bet, or use of the platform. The responsibility for decisions made while gaming rests with the individual player.

10 Privacy and Data

747liv collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 747liv, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal information provided during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

11 Changes to These Terms
